Olympic size swimming pool for lane swimming exercise. House keeping called up to ask if house keeping service was required in the afternoon if I slept in and missed the house keeping service time in the morning. When requested for tissue or towel, they were delivered within 15 minutes, or would tell me when the required items would be delivered. Good communication!

Great location with beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable room with sufficient amenities. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic location . This is 10th stay . Staff is very friendly and helpful , also at the clubhouse and Pacific .

Congrats and thanks to the staff for always providing such warm greetings - particularly, but not only, in the mornings - and for their generally friendly and helpful attitude. I very much liked the hotel design, location and views. The facilities and services were generally good quality and mostly worked smoothly and effectively.

This resort was wonderful. I was a bit skeptical before because I thought that it wouldn’t be authentic or too removed from the spirit of KK. But I’m pleased to say that it was fantastic! The pool, gym, beach area and spa were well maintained and very inviting. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of flavours- especially typical Malaysian dishes. Every staff member was friendly and ready to give advice or answer questions. I didn’t get all the names but I remember that Eldrey was especially polite. All staff were attentive and I’m grateful to have met them while staying here.

Right beside the water with the perfect view as we were given a suite on the corner . Restaurant , coffee bar /lounge, concierges , , house keeping staff all extremely helpful and friendly . Breakfast enormous choice but waiting for an omelette can be long if not all stations are opened .

Everything was clean. No cockroaches. Nice swimming pool. Every staff was so nice. Reasonable price. I would definitely visit again if I come to Kota Kinabalu again next time.

Clean and big room, very comfortable big bed, wonderful views of pool and sea. Kind staff. We enjoyed the food at Al Frescos and especially at Ferdinand’s! Also the horizon Skybar of the pacific Sutera hotel was awesome - drinks, music, food, service and views were spectacular! Highly recommend going there.

The breakfast was really great. The bed was comfortable. The service from the staff at the restaurants and at breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of space in our room.

Awesome breakfast. Safe as it was gated with security guard. The pool area was clean with the pool attendant paying close attention to safety while not spoiling the fun.
